Job Description
MPA is a prominent Medicare agency in the United States dedicated to leveraging the latest technological advancements to create exceptional experiences for both its customers and its agents. Known for its innovative approach in the Medicare sales industry, MPA emphasizes the importance of agent satisfaction as a foundation for delivering outstanding customer service. The company fosters an empowering environment for Medicare agents by offering a flexible and rewarding career path that supports independence and professional growth. MPA operates with a strong commitment to investing in its agents and technology, ensuring that each sales professional is equipped with premium tools, comprehensive operational support, and access to qualified warm leads. This strategic focus enables its agents to thrive in a competitive marketplace and achieve impressive sales results.
The role of an Independent Medicare Sales Agent at MPA stands out as a unique and attractive opportunity. As a 1099 contractor, agents enjoy unparalleled freedom in how, when, and where they work, breaking away from traditional corporate constraints such as rigid schedules, mandatory overtime, and unattainable sales targets. MPA offers a forward-thinking alternative that merges the benefits of independence with the support structure of a well-established organization. Agents receive access to an AI-enabled platform designed to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burdens, allowing them to focus on what matters most – helping clients secure the coverage they need.
This position is particularly timely, with carrier release deadlines fast approaching, making it imperative for new agents to onboard quickly to prepare for the high-demand Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and Open Enrollment Period (OEP). Agents who join now are positioned advantageously to maximize their earnings during these crucial periods. MPA actively invests in lead generation and advertising efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of warm inbound leads verified by Medicare A&B eligibility, zip code, and Medicaid status. This approach alleviates the frustrations many agents face with unqualified or cold leads.
In addition to flexibility and quality leads, the compensation plan is highly competitive, featuring a commission structure that offers weekly direct deposits. This provides agents with financial stability and the opportunity to see the benefits of their hard work promptly. Whether agents are interested in seasonal work focusing on AEP/OEP or seeking year-round income with room for growth, MPA supports diverse agent goals.
MPA invites both experienced Medicare agents looking for greater autonomy and those newer to the field who seek comprehensive support and quality resources. The agency prioritizes a better work-life balance for its independent contractors, understanding that fulfilled professionals lead to happier customers. Adding to this, agents at MPA have the chance to be at the forefront of a growing team and play an influential role in shaping the future of Medicare sales at the company.
