Job Description
MPA is a leading Medicare agency in the United States, recognized for its innovative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for both its customers and sales agents. With a focus on leveraging cutting-edge technology, MPA ensures that its agents have access to the best tools and support needed to thrive in the competitive Medicare market. As a company, MPA values flexibility, independence, and professional growth, making it an attractive workplace for licensed Medicare agents seeking a rewarding and autonomous career path. Offering a unique blend of independence as a 1099 contractor and premium operational support, MPA stands out as a top choice for agents looking to break free from the rigid structures of traditional corporate environments. This flexibility allows agents to manage their schedules according to their personal and professional needs, enhancing work-life balance without compromising earning potential.
As an Independent Medicare Sales Agent with MPA, you will benefit from a highly supportive environment designed to maximize your success. The role provides access to quality leads, warm inbound transfers, and a sophisticated AI-enabled technology platform that streamlines workflow, reduces administrative burden, and improves efficiency. Agents are empowered to focus on delivering outstanding service to clients during the critical Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and the Open Enrollment Period (OEP), times which represent the most lucrative opportunities within the Medicare sales cycle. MPA's leadership focuses on growth and innovation, actively investing in lead generation and technology enhancements to give its agents a competitive edge. This position is perfect for agents who want to avoid the constrains of minimum hours, forced overtime, and inflexible corporate policies while enjoying an attractive, commission-based compensation plan with weekly direct deposits.
Joining MPA means becoming part of a forward-thinking agency at the forefront of the Medicare market. New agents gain the crucial advantage of early onboarding before the September carrier release deadlines, positioning themselves optimally for success during peak sales seasons. MPA's agents represent a diverse mix of experienced professionals seeking greater independence and work-life balance, as well as motivated newcomers eager to establish a thriving career. MPA prides itself on fostering a professional culture that values agent fulfillment as the foundation of customer satisfaction. By joining this team, you can expect ongoing support to obtain necessary certifications and licenses, including Errors & Omissions insurance and additional non-resident state licenses if needed. This role offers not just a job, but a career path filled with opportunities for advancement, skill development, and financial growth in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the health insurance industry.
