Job Requirements
- BSc/BA/master’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and client relationship management
- Experience with travel booking tools, CRM software, and MS Office
- Ability to work full-time, in-person in Katy, TX
- Availability during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience or knowledge in medical travel, insurance, healthcare, or related fields
Job Qualifications
- 3 years of sales and client relationship management experience
- Start-up experience or desire to work with a start-up
- Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency using travel booking tool, Zoho CRM, and MS Office
- Travel, hospitality, healthcare and/or insurance industry experience is desired
- Online marketing and social media optimization skills are highly desired
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Ability to build rapport with new clients
- Strong time management and planning skills
Job Duties
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Acquire corporate accounts by building relationships with decision-makers, HR managers, and facilitators
- Identify and contract with hospitals, insurance providers, and employer-sponsored health insurance groups
- Conduct research and analytics to identify new markets and client needs
- Arrange and execute business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote our services to address client and member needs
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and accounts receivables
- Provide feedback and after-sales support to clients and patients
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify, train, and supervise the medical travel concierge team
- Maintain relationships with current partners, vendors, and freelancers
- Facilitate the creation of podcast videos of surgeons/partners discussing relevant healthcare topics
- Monitor and report monthly KPIs, including average sales, leads, turnaround time, and profit margin
- Monitor client specific goals and KPIs to ensure 100% compliance
- Manage all marketing and consulting vendors
- Approve newsletters and online content for email, blog, or social media postings
- Send out weekly email campaigns and track outcomes
- Attend the annual medical travel industry conference
