Job Description
Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is a well-established network that brings together some of the most trusted physical therapy (PT) brands across the Western and Central United States. PRN is dedicated to delivering personalized care, smart clinical insight, and exceptional support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, whether inside the clinic or behind the scenes. The company is known for its mission-driven environment that focuses on excellence in patient care as well as the success and growth of the team members. PRN’s emphasis on individualized care ensures that each patient feels thoroughly supported, cared for, and understood from the first contact through discharge and ongoing recovery. This dedication extends to the professional development and well-being of their employees, making PRN a leader in both patient and employee satisfaction within the healthcare sector.
About the Role As a Patient Services Representative (PSR) at PRN Physical Therapy, you will be a vital member of the team entrusted with bridging the gap between patients and clinical care. Your responsibilities will extend beyond routine front-desk tasks to encompass the creation of a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes patients feel valued and cared for. The PSR role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support that ensures a seamless and positive experience for every patient who walks through the doors of Cal Rehab & Sports Therapy, a key brand under the PRN umbrella.
This role operates full-time, offering a 40-hour workweek in a busy clinical schedule from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. The position is based at 127 Hospital Dr., Vallejo, CA 94589. The hourly pay range is competitive, from $20 to $23 per hour, and includes a comprehensive benefits package that supports employees' health, well-being, and professional growth.
In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling a variety of duties related to scheduling, patient check-in, insurance verification, and documentation. Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate patient records, support clinical staff coordination, and contribute to efficient office operations. You will also take part in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment which supports a professional and inviting atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service with a preference for healthcare experience, strong interpersonal communication skills, and proficiency in office software and scheduling systems. This position is suitable for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and values teamwork and patient-centered care. Joining PRN as a Patient Services Representative not only means becoming part of a trusted healthcare network but also gaining access to resources that encourage ongoing learning, career advancement, and meaningful contribution to patient wellness and community health.
