The North Little Rock location, specifically, is open from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays with weekend hours that ensure patient convenience, including a unique Sunday schedule of 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. This accessibility highlights Baptist Health Urgent Care's dedication to meeting community needs effectively, complemented by an Accredited Care Center status from the Urgent Care Association, which underscores the company’s commitment to safety, quality, and comprehensive care.

The role of Medical Receptionist at Baptist Health Urgent Care in North Little Rock, AR, is crucial to the smooth operation and patient experience within the facility. Duties include answering multi-line phones, managing patient check-in and discharge, verifying insurance information, processing payments, and maintaining professional communication throughout patient interactions. The role demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively within a fast-paced healthcare setting. Additionally, the receptionist ensures compliance with health and safety protocols while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, contributing to the overall efficiency and reputation of Baptist Health Urgent Care.
