Job Duties
- Warmly greet and check clients in
- Efficiently handle phone calls
- Manage insurance processes
- Provide outstanding administrative support including scheduling and maintaining records
- Contribute to a clean and inviting clinic atmosphere
- Support telehealth services
- Collaborate with a dynamic team
- Train in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and assist in training new team members
- Maintain a professional demeanor
