The position available is that of a Part-Time Medical Receptionist on the evening shift, specifically from Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, totaling 20 hours weekly. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 16 years of age required
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service to physicians, patients and other internal and external customers required
  • Ability to work professionally with physicians, clinic staff and patients in a timely, confidential manner required
  • Demonstrated analytical, prioritization and organizational skills required
  • Demonstrated flexibility and dedication to team environment required
  • Effective communication skills required

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • One year post-secondary education with coursework in business, medical assistant program or nursing assistant program or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred depending on position available
  • Effective communication skills required
  • Analytical, prioritization and organizational skills required

Job Duties
