Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of related office or secretarial experience preferred
- Ability to use multi-line telephones and office equipment proficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Available for day shift work
- Willingness to train and adapt to remote work after initial training period
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Business school or formal secretarial training a plus
- One to two years experience preferred
- Competency in use of PC terminals, telephones, copier, email system, fax machine
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work cooperatively with staff and management
Job Duties
- Promote a healthy work environment
- Work collaboratively with CNY Family Group
- Review CCDs for CNY Family Group and route to appropriate team members
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with management regarding goals, needs/concerns
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Scan and fax documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
