Job Description

Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness, a reputable member of Therapy Partners Group, has established itself as the leading provider of outpatient orthopedic services in Ventura County and the surrounding areas for over a decade. Celebrated for delivering exceptional individualized care, the organization prides itself on a team of highly skilled physical therapists who are deeply committed to helping patients meet their recovery goals. Their patient-centric approach and dedication to quality have earned them a trusted reputation within the community. The company values a warm and professional environment and focuses on fostering a supportive culture for both patients and staff to thrive.

Currently, Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join their Statham Blvd location in Oxnard. This position offers an hourly wage starting at $18.00, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to grow within the healthcare administrative field. The Medical Receptionist is a critical role responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors, maintaining effective communication among all staff members, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The schedule consists of varied shifts throughout the week, Monday through Friday, accommodating a well-balanced work routine. The role demands reliability, professionalism, and outstanding customer service skills since the Medical Receptionist is often the first point of contact for patients.

The Medical Receptionist's duties include answering phones promptly and warmly greeting patients, managing scheduling for initial evaluations and follow-up visits, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA policies to protect patient confidentiality. Handling patient concerns with appropriate escalation to clinical leadership ensures that patient satisfaction remains high. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Practice Management Systems, preferably Raintree PMS, are important for success in this role. Candidates must be capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor under a busy office environment.

In addition to these daily responsibilities, the position requires someone with strong interpersonal skills who can build relationships with patients and staff alike, demonstrating active listening and effective communication. The role also demands organizational skills to handle confidential documents appropriately and multitask in order to keep pace with the flow of the clinic's activities. Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness provides a supportive environment emphasizing team collaboration, professional growth, and above all, compassionate patient care. This position is ideal for individuals committed to contributing positively to a healthcare team and helping patients on their path to recovery.
