Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in data entry or system dashboard and worklist completion projects preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to demonstrate active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
  • Ability to remain positive and friendly
  • Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform light physical activities such as walking and bending

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Raintree PMS is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential documents
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and work as a dedicated team player
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet warmly and maintain a welcoming relationship with patient care coordinators and external connections
  • Clearly communicate with clinical and corporate staff in a friendly manner
  • Answer phones and greet patients professionally
  • Collaborate with Billing Department, Physical Therapists, and Aide staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies
  • Review copay collection reports and help identify accounts needing review
  • Audit system dashboards and payer portals to ensure timely processing and documentation
