The role of a Medical Receptionist at Leonia Medical Associates, part of Englewood Health, is a full-time position focused on facilitating smooth operations within the medical office. This role is pivotal to ensuring efficient patient flow by assisting patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and preparing patients to maximize the physician's time. The Medical Receptionist performs a range of responsibilities including front desk management and back office patient care support, requiring the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced setting. This position demands excellent customer service skills and benefits from experience with Epic, a widely used electronic health record system. The working hours are variable during the day shift. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent as an educational foundation. Employees in this role will receive a minimum wage of $16.50 per hour, with the final salary determined by experience and qualifications.
