The Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Representative at Invested Health Center plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact for patients, ensuring each visit is welcoming, smooth, and supportive. This full-time position involves managing patient check-ins and check-outs, coordinating appointments, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, and providing essential administrative support to clinical and administrative staff.
