As a Medical Receptionist / Administrative Staff, you will serve as the frontline representative for the clinic, responsible for managing patient interactions, appointment scheduling, and various administrative tasks. Your primary duties include greeting patients upon arrival, verifying insurance details, distributing and collecting medical questionnaires, processing payments, and answering phone inquiries related to appointments and clinic services. You will also be tasked with guiding patients through the clinic procedures to enhance their overall experience.

In addition to managing the front desk and patient services, the role involves appointment management, which includes scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, as well as coordinating treatment chair allocation throughout the day. Effective time management and organizational skills are essential to maintain a smooth workflow and avoid scheduling conflicts.

Medical billing and administrative duties form a significant part of the responsibilities, requiring entry of treatment details into the electronic medical record (EMR) system, handling insurance claims and billing procedures accurately, and preparing as well as managing various medical and administrative documents. Attention to detail ensures that records are accurate and compliant with clinic policies.

Furthermore, as part of general administrative support, you will perform basic PC operations, organize and file key documents, manage medical and office supply inventories, create in-house notices and informational materials, and help maintain a clean and safe clinic environment.
