Job Requirements
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a medical administrative role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reliability and positive attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations if applicable
- Availability for evening and weekend rotations if applicable
- Ability to handle a high-volume practice

Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs
- Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules efficiently
- Answer calls and manage messages with expert communication
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
- Collect co-pays and verify insurance eligibility
- Ensure accurate daily financial reporting
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with providers and administrative staff
