  • 6 months to 1 year experience in medical front desk or receptionist role
  • bilingual in English and Spanish
  • proficiency with medical software and online forms
  • availability to work occasional weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet and register patients
  • collect personal and insurance information
  • assist patients with online registration and forms
  • answer questions about services, wait times, and procedures
  • schedule and confirm appointments and follow-ups
  • maintain and update patient records and charts
  • verify insurance details and handle billing/co-pay processing
  • keep the front desk clean, stocked, and organized
  • communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • answer phones and assist with administrative tasks as needed
