The receptionist plays a key role as the first point of contact for patients and must conduct themselves with professionalism, patience, and courtesy at all times. Experience or interest in physical therapy, women's health, as well as familiarity with eClinicalWorks software, are highly preferred, giving candidates an edge in their application.
