With over 110 locations across the country, CVR combines state-of-the-art medical technology with a patient-centered approach to deliver meaningful vascular health solutions. Their mission to improve lives every day is reflected in their commitment to integrity, trust, and community service. CVR offers a supportive work environment that values work-life balance, purpose, and personal growth. Employees benefit from structured schedules with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, including options like a 4-day workweek or 10-hour shifts, supporting a well-rounded and fulfilling lifestyle outside of work.
The role of a Patient Services Representative at CVR is an integral part of the healthcare team. These professionals act as the friendly and professional first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and smooth check-in and check-out process. The position involves coordinating patient appointments, managing patient records, verifying insurance authorizations, collecting co-pays, and providing excellent customer service. Patient Services Representatives ensure that all CVR policies and procedures are followed and help maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations. They work closely with medical and administrative staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and accurate record keeping using the NextGen electronic health record system.
This is a rewarding career path for individuals looking to grow within a healthcare environment that prioritizes patient care and employee well-being. CVR offers meaningful opportunities for continued professional development and advancement while providing competitive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) program, paid time off including holidays, and bonus eligibility. The role is ideal for those with at least one year of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting, who have reliable transportation and can travel between multiple clinic locations, including CVR Greensboro-New Garden Rd, CVR Greensboro-North Elam Ave, and CVR Winston-Salem. The working hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday 8 AM to 1 PM, allowing for a balanced work schedule. Overall, a Patient Services Representative at CVR plays a vital role in enhancing the patient experience and supporting the clinic's mission to improve vascular health across communities they serve.
