We are currently seeking qualified and compassionate Medical Receptionists to join our front office team at one of our modern health centers. This essential role serves as the welcoming face to patients, providing prompt and efficient clerical support to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate data management. As a Medical Receptionist, you will collaborate closely with the Medical Reception Supervisor and clinic management to uphold operational excellence in the front office. Responsibilities include recording and managing patient information accurately, maintaining organized office equipment and supplies, and supporting various administrative tasks that contribute to superior patient experiences. Flexibility in working hours, participation in team meetings, and adherence to confidentiality rules are essential components of this position. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • completion of medical office assisting training preferred
  • minimum two years healthcare experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • knowledge of office procedures and computer skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong attention to detail
  • effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push up to 50 pounds
  • capacity to hear, speak clearly, and read necessary documents
  • manual dexterity and ability to perform varied physical tasks including bending, squatting, standing, and reaching

Job Qualifications

  • high school graduate or GED
  • completed training program in medical office assisting from accredited college preferred
  • two years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • possess a valid driver’s license
  • bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • able to build and maintain rapport with diverse patients and providers
