This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. The position is based at 4465 Darrow Rd., Stow, OH. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- commitment to patient confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
- beginner level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience working in a primary care setting preferred
- experience working with ECW preferred
Job Duties
- Conduct check-in and check-out process
- answer incoming calls and use EHR to document details of patient inquiries
- conduct outreach to patients requiring appointments or service follow-up
- schedule appointments using standard scheduling protocols
- manage administrative in-basket pools and work queues
- scan documents into the EHR per standard protocols
- balance payments and prepare deposits
- protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information
- perform other duties as assigned
