Job Description

Our organization stands at the forefront of radiology, combining decades of expertise with cutting-edge artificial intelligence and advanced technology to deliver the very best in patient care. As a leading radiology provider, we focus intensely on modernizing healthcare experiences and improving clinical outcomes through integration of dynamic cross-training, technological advancements, and a dedicated team of professionals. Our philosophy centers on aligning all stakeholders—patients, healthcare providers, payors, and regulators—to create a seamless, value-driven healthcare experience suitable for the demands of the 21st century. We pride ourselves on fostering a team-focused environment where every employee is valued, equipped, and encouraged to advance professionally, thus becoming instrumental in our mission to lead radiology forward.

We are currently seeking a Patient Service Representative who will become an essential member of our healthcare delivery team. This role requires a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in providing world-class customer service. The Patient Service Representative will act as the primary point of contact for patients, greeting and registering them in a compassionate and professional manner. You will be responsible for obtaining and verifying insurance and patient information, ensuring the accuracy and completion of all necessary documentation, and collecting co-pays and fees. This position requires the ability to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments while effectively communicating any changes to relevant staff. Additionally, you will provide patients with necessary orientation regarding preparatory and safety protocols and offer clear directions to our facilities.

The role calls for exemplary interpersonal communication skills to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a healthcare setting. Safeguarding patient property, maintaining confidentiality of patient health information, and protecting company assets including cash and sensitive financial information are critical responsibilities. You will work collaboratively with back-office staff to ensure timely and effective patient care while respecting patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities at all times. Our Patient Service Representatives are more than administrative professionals—they are compassionate guides that significantly contribute to a positive visit experience for every patient.

Joining our team means contributing to a healthcare system that values professionalism, respect, and innovation. You will have opportunities for growth and cross-training that enable career advancement. Our compensation range is competitive, set between $21.00 and $26.00 per hour. We offer comprehensive benefits that promote health and wellness, support financial security through 401(k) match programs, and provide free imaging services to you and your immediate family. With this role, you don’t just join a company—you join a community committed to excellence in radiology and patient-centered healthcare innovation.
