Job Duties
- Greeting all patients and visitors
- perform patient check in and check out
- verify patient’s contact and personal information at all visits
- verify the patient’s insurance and collect any associated co-pays at the time of service
- answer incoming calls and direct the caller accordingly
- maintain patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines and safety rules
- conduct patient appointment reminders
