Job Requirements

Job Duties
- maintaining confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations
- handling sensitive information with empathy and discretion
- greet incoming patients in a friendly, professional manner
- check patients in and ensure accurate patient information in the database
- collect copays as needed
- orient patients to clinic systems and flow
- effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to create a smooth workflow
- offer information and instruction as needed
- page nurses when required
- assist with bill payment
- occasionally fill reception needs at other clinic locations
- complete other duties as assigned
