The Makovicka Physical Therapy Team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service by fostering employee engagement and promoting organizational growth. We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the smooth operation of the clinic by handling front desk responsibilities, including patient interactions, appointment scheduling, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will embody the values of kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression for all patients. Beyond routine administrative tasks, you will assist clinicians by supporting patient comfort and clinic readiness. Your proactive efforts in maintaining clinic cleanliness, managing equipment functionality, and anticipating daily operational needs will contribute directly to the overall patient experience and clinic efficiency. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, as you will be addressing diverse needs from patients, clinicians, and insurance providers. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is committed to making a difference in the patient care experience. Being available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm is a requirement to fulfill the responsibilities effectively.
