Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in medical office environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Proficient in computer and office software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage patient scheduling including appointments and follow-up visits
- Greet and check in patients with complete and accurate documentation
- Handle front-office tasks such as answering phone calls and directing inquiries
- Provide clear communication to patients on appointments, medical procedures, and billing inquiries
- Utilize basic medical terminology to relay information between patients and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with medical staff for timely updates and patient care
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with administrative duties including filing, data entry, and updating patient records
- Serve as a bilingual contact for Spanish-speaking patients to ensure clear communication
