Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet patients and visitors and manage front desk operations
  • schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • handle patient check-in and check-out procedures
  • collect and verify patient information and insurance details
  • coordinate communication between patients and medical staff
  • maintain accurate patient records and office files
  • assist with administrative tasks and patient inquiries
