The role may also involve occasional floating to other local ProHealth practices to assist with coverage based on business needs. This offers a chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while contributing to the delivery of quality patient care.
Optum offers a highly competitive hourly wage ranging from $16 to $29 per hour, based on factors such as education, experience, and local labor markets. Employees benefit from an extensive package that includes paid time off starting immediately, eight paid holidays, a variety of medical plans with Health Spending Account or Health Savings Account options, and dental and vision insurance. Additional benefits also include life and disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company contributions, employee stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, employee discounts, referral bonuses, voluntary benefits, and an employee assistance program.
