As the receptionist\/concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients visiting our clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients warmly as they arrive, managing appointment bookings, and answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment to enhance patient comfort. Your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will be key to providing outstanding customer service. You will also be expected to multitask efficiently, balancing patient interactions with administrative duties throughout the day. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a medical setting, will be highly advantageous. Familiarity with computer systems and scheduling software is essential to ensure accurate appointment management and effective communication within the clinic. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two or more years of customer service experience preferred
- previous experience as a medical receptionist preferred
- excellent communication skills
