Job Requirements
- Graduate of education program approved by the credentialing body
- One year of work or training experience in a hospital laboratory preferred
- Must obtain MLT (ASCP), CLA (ASCP), or MLT (AMT) certification within one year
- Sufficient proficiency in English language
- Demonstrates skills to perform assigned job safely
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge including Hospital/Laboratory Information Systems
- Ability to adapt to multiple priorities
- Willingness to be on call during emergencies
- May require travel within and outside Houston metropolitan area
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of education program approved by credentialing body
