Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Minimum of 1 year medical front office experience preferred
  • Experience with Epic preferred
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong computer keyboarding skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and greeting patients and their families
  • Collect co-pays and manage insurance information
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor throughout the workday
