Job Description
This position is responsible for Front Desk operations as well as performing the duties of a Medical Assistant at CAN Community Health. There are distinct career advancement opportunities within the Patient Experience Expert/Medical Assistant role based on performance and supervisory responsibilities assigned by the Practice Administrator.
Job Requirements
- Medical Assistant Certification, CPR certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of HIV medical terminology, procedures, and medications
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in safety procedures
- Bilingual preferred
