With thousands of employees across a variety of settings, Centerstone provides behavioral health services for individuals of all ages. The organization operates with a trauma-informed approach, focusing on understanding, recognizing, and responding to the impacts of trauma to support resilience in clients, staff, and the community. Centerstone prides itself on creating a culture built on respect, expertise, integrity, and empowerment, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for both employees and those they serve. As a well-established organization, it offers rewarding career opportunities that promote professional growth and personal fulfillment.

This full-time role offers an hourly pay range of $14.25 to $20.00, ensuring competitive compensation aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position. The individual will manage patient scheduling, verification of client data, collection of copayments, and customer service, all while maintaining a recovery-focused and welcoming atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include providing technology support for telehealth appointments and assisting with registration in electronic medical record systems.

The position demands excellent organizational skills as it involves coordinating clinical staff schedules and maintaining accurate insurance information and alternative payer sources. An ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms is essential for successful job performance.
