must be 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers license
pass background check and motor vehicle record check
willingness to obtain TSA certification
proof of insurance with 100/300 liability coverage
american expediting listed as additionally insured or insurance offered during dispatch
compliance with workers comp or occurrence/accident coverage per state statute
