Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
- Own a minivan suitable for transporting medical packages
- Pass background check and motor vehicle record check (cost borne by contractor)
- Willingness to obtain TSA certification and customer-specific medical certifications
- Provide proof of insurance with minimum 100/300 liability coverage
- Have American Expediting listed on declaration page or certificate of insurance as additionally insured or insurance provided while under dispatch
- Meet state workers’ compensation or occupational accident insurance requirements
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be 21 years or older
- Proven safe driving record
- Ability to obtain TSA certification
- Ability to obtain customer-specific medical certifications
- Experience in delivery or courier services preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Provide on-demand delivery services to medical facilities
- Ensure same-day delivery of medical supplies and specimens
- Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism during deliveries
- Follow safety and compliance regulations including TSA and medical certifications
- Use personal minivan to transport medical items
- Manage delivery schedules and routes effectively
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
