Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Own a reliable car
- Pass background check and motor vehicle record check
- Willingness to obtain TSA and customer-specific medical certifications
- Provide proof of insurance with 100/300 liability coverage
- Workers’ compensation or occupational accident insurance as required by state statute or $1MM occupational accident coverage
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and safe driving record
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday on-demand between 7am and 6pm
- Willingness to obtain TSA and customer-specific medical certifications
- Experience in courier or delivery services preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Provide on-demand same-day medical deliveries to healthcare facilities
- Maintain excellent communication with dispatch and clients
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of medical specimens and supplies
- Follow all safety and compliance regulations related to medical courier services
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper documentation of deliveries
- Obtain and maintain required certifications including TSA and customer-specific medical certifications
- Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times
