Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Own a reliable car
- Valid drivers license
- Background check and motor vehicle record check (paid upfront)
- Proof of insurance with 100/300 liability coverage
- American Expediting listed as additionally insured or receive insurance during dispatch
- Willingness to obtain TSA certification and customer-specific medical certifications
- Workers Comp or occupational accident coverage per state statute or 1 million Occ/Acc
Job Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Experience in delivery or courier services preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
- Willingness to obtain TSA certification and customer-specific medical certifications
Job Duties
- Perform on-demand deliveries to medical facilities
- Ensure same-day service of medical shipments
- Provide excellent customer care and communication
- Maintain high standards of quality in handling and delivery
- Adhere to safety and regulatory compliance
- Manage vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
