Job Description

American Expediting is a prominent provider specializing in health sciences delivery services, dedicated to ensuring timely and reliable delivery of medical supplies and documents. With a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, American Expediting has built a reputation for dependability and professionalism within the healthcare delivery industry. The company emphasizes the importance of on-time delivery as a critical component in supporting medical facilities and ultimately saving lives through expedited courier services. Established as a trusted name in medical logistics, American Expediting partners with a wide range of healthcare providers to facilitate efficient transportation solutions, ensuring that vital medical items reach their destinations securely and promptly.

This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors seeking flexible working hours paired with rewarding responsibilities. The role of the Medical Courier Driver is crafted for individuals who own their own box truck and wish to contract their services in a capacity that allows both autonomy and meaningful contribution to healthcare operations. As an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule within established delivery windows, specifically from Monday to Friday between 2pm and 10pm, while benefiting from a robust customer base and competitive compensation rates with no cap on earnings.

The role involves more than just driving; it requires a reliable, professional attitude and adherence to quality and safety standards. Your work directly impacts the efficiency of medical delivery services, facilitating the fast and secure movement of critical supplies within the health sciences community. This position is perfectly suited for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where punctuality, communication, and customer care are paramount.

As a Medical Courier Driver, you will be responsible for performing same-day deliveries that uphold the highest standards of service. The contracting nature of this role means you will provide your own insurance, manage fuel expenses, and be responsible for maintaining your vehicle. You will also undergo background checks and motor vehicle record screenings to ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. Moreover, you will be supported with TSA certification and customer-specific medical certifications required to access sensitive areas and handle specialized medical items, underscoring the importance of security and professionalism in this role.

This contractor position offers an attractive compensation structure ranging approximately from 200 to 1000 dollars per week, reflecting volume and efficiency of deliveries. The company fosters an environment where skilled independent contractors can thrive while contributing substantially to the healthcare delivery network. In essence, joining American Expediting as a Medical Courier Driver is not only a means to flexible earning but also an opportunity to be part of a vital service that supports healthcare systems and patient outcomes.
