The Medical Concierge role at Bella Sol Medical Spa, PLLC is a dynamic, client-facing position crucial to the spa's mission of delivering exceptional patient care and service. As a Medical Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing patients, representing the spa's brand with professionalism and warmth. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting and selling a broad spectrum of the spa's services and products, efficiently booking appointments, and managing patient inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction. The role demands a proactive approach to communication, including answering inbound calls, conducting outbound appointment confirmations, and adeptly handling patient concerns and complaints with empathy and accuracy. Furthermore, the Medical Concierge will contribute to the spa's growth through qualified lead generation by understanding patient needs and offering suitable solutions. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or similar roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion
- Proficiency in computer systems and appointment booking software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work during business hours
- Certified medical assistant preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Answer inbound calls from potential patients, answering questions and addressing patient concerns
- Promote and sell the full range of Bella Sol Medical Spa's products and services and book patient's complimentary consultation
- Make outbound calls to reconfirm patient appointments 24 hours prior if unconfirmed
- Resolve patient inquiries at first point of contact where possible
- Ensure appropriate escalation and keep patient informed of resolution progress
- Effectively manage and record patient complaints
- Build patient confidence by identifying and understanding patient needs and concerns and offering solutions through up-selling/cross selling additional products and services
- Generate and record qualified leads
- Work cross functionally with other business departments by communicating patient feedback and keeping them informed of patient issues and successes
- Ensure patient calls are registered and acted on all appropriate systems and all administration and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Identify and highlight deficiencies in business processes/procedures, offering recommendations and undertaking corrective actions to improve patient service and satisfaction
