- must possess skill knowledge and ability essential to successful performance of assigned duties
- minimum 3 years prior skilled food preparation service experience
- knowledge and practice of kitchen sanitary control techniques
- ability to work variable shifts including evenings nights weekends and holidays
- ability to read write and follow oral and written instructions in English
- ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to workload
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the health system
