Job Description

Revenue Enterprises is a family-owned customer service contact center specializing in supporting patient billing and customer service needs for healthcare clients across multiple states including Colorado, Kansas, Wyoming, Montana, Oklahoma, and Texas. Founded on the core values of integrity, passion, and respect, Revenue Enterprises has built a reputation as a trusted partner to its clients by being reliable, empathetic, and committed to exceptional service. With over 30 years of steady and healthy growth, the company boasts a portfolio of world-class clients and has earned recognition as a "Top 10 Best Places to Work" in the healthcare contact center industry from 2019 to 2024, according to Inside Arm. This award-winning workplace is known for fostering a supportive environment where employees feel valued, appreciated, and heard. Rather than treating employees as mere numbers, Revenue Enterprises embraces them as part of a close-knit family and actively promotes career growth from within the organization.

The company is currently seeking experienced billing or call center representatives to join their team in a full-time capacity. These representatives will serve as the voice of the hospital clients’ business offices, assisting patients with medical billing inquiries (excluding past due collections) while delivering elite customer service infused with empathy and compassion. The ideal candidates will be committed to the company’s mission of helping clients and their patients by clarifying complicated medical bills and collaborating to establish affordable payment plans. Representatives will work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST without any nights, weekends, or overtime, providing a healthy work-life balance. The position allows for remote work from home or onsite at the Aurora, Colorado office, enabling flexibility for employees.

Day-to-day, representatives will handle a high-volume, fast-paced workload averaging 60 to 100 inbound and outbound calls daily. They will use company-provided computers and internal software platforms, including client systems, Microsoft Teams, and other reference tools, to document interactions comprehensively and follow up on relevant tasks. Supportive coaching, feedback, and ongoing training will be provided to encourage continuous improvement and professional growth. Salary ranges vary depending on experience and qualifications, with three established CSR levels: CSR I ($31,200 - $35,360), CSR II ($37,440 - $39,520), and CSR III ($41,600), plus monthly performance bonuses that may add $100 to $400 or more, translating into significant annual bonus earnings. This position offers stability, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to grow within a trusted and respected company dedicated to making a positive improvement in healthcare through exceptional service excellence.
