This position demands accountability, attention to patient safety, effective communication, and a problem-solving mindset to respond effectively to changes and emergent situations in a high-stress medical environment.

Working at Memorial Healthcare System as a Medical Assistant means being part of a dedicated team committed to delivering an excellent patient experience through compassionate care and professional support. The role requires physical stamina to handle duties involving bending, stooping, lifting, and prolonged standing or walking throughout a typical workday. Candidates are expected to meet certification requirements, including successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, BLS certification, and a fingerprint screen as mandated by regulatory standards. No prior work experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for new graduates or those transitioning into the healthcare field. With a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development, Memorial Healthcare provides resources to ensure all personnel uphold the highest standards of clinical performance and patient interaction.
