Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid medical assistant or related certification such as LPN, Paramedic, AAMA Certified Medical Assistant, EMT, or CNA
- Basic Life Support certification
- at least one year of medical assistant experience
- proficiency in computer applications and typing skills
- ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- professional and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Florida state license for CNA, LPN, EMT where applicable
- willingness to obtain Medical Assistant Certification within six months if applicable
- compassionate and ethical behavior
- preferred bilingual skills
