The role of Media, Video & Event Sales Coordinator at Hagerty is pivotal in supporting the company’s digital sales operations while ensuring strong client relationships and meticulously coordinated campaign management. This position involves direct client engagement to manage insertion orders, handle sales marketing materials, and provide outstanding customer service. The coordinator supports the Director of Brand Partnerships and Business Development and the Director of Advertising Sales in executing video sales strategies, managing campaigns across various platforms, including FAST Scheduling, and creating sales decks. Campaign management responsibilities include maintaining open communication with clients by providing timely updates on ongoing video series campaigns. Event contract management is a crucial function, requiring collaboration with the sales team to prepare, manage, and execute contracts for event activations, serving as the primary client liaison throughout contract lifecycles. The role also involves product coordination, particularly supporting the production, scheduling, and delivery of FAST Channels and Programmatic products.
Effective project management skills are essential, as the coordinator will oversee multiple digital service deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are executed accurately. Collaboration within the team is another significant aspect, entailing the generation and delivery of client reports, preparation of production orders and insertion order documents, and leading assigned projects. Proficiency in various digital platforms and software, including Google Ad Manager and Microsoft Office, alongside an understanding of digital reporting and analytics, is highly valued. Job Requirements
- Experience with digital technologies such as social media, OTT/CTV, digital marketing and the FAST universe
- Strong experience with Google Ad Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and apply programmatic video and display marketing tactics
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Willingness to travel for events
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Experience with digital technologies including social media, OTT/CTV, digital marketing (display and video programmatic) and the FAST universe
- Strong experience with Google Ad Manager
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong understanding of digital reporting and analytic metrics
- Understanding of general content programming is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and promote effective relationships with clients
- Eager to learn display and video programmatic tactics including retargeting and OTT
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage goals, schedules, and multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Ability to travel and assist with onsite Hagerty Events as needed
Job Duties
- Directly engage with external clients to manage insertion orders, sales marketing material, and provide exceptional customer service
- Support the Director of Brand Partnerships and Business Development and Director of Advertising Sales in executing video sales strategies and managing campaigns across all platforms, including deck building and FAST Scheduling
- Provide clients with timely updates on ongoing video series campaigns, ensuring they are informed of progress and results
- Partner with the sales team to prepare, manage, and execute contracts for event activations, serving as the primary point of contact for all client communications throughout the contract lifecycle
- Support the production, scheduling, and delivery of FAST Channels and Programmatic products
- Assist in scheduling and oversee the deliverables for multiple digital services, ensuring deadlines are met
- Generate and deliver client reports, create production orders, prepare insertion order documents, and execute projects as assigned by management
- Utilize multiple internet and software platforms for duties and understand digital reporting and analytics metrics
