The role of Med Spa & Wellness Center Front Desk Coordinator at AH Laser Aesthetics in Arlington Heights is a full-time position integral to the patient experience. AH Laser Aesthetics is a well-established medical spa affiliated with the wellness practice at American Health Center. This unified team offers a wide range of services including laser treatments, injectables, skincare, weight management, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and precision longevity medicine overseen by board-certified physicians. The Front Desk Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for patients embarking on their wellness journey. This role requires a blend of organization, interpersonal skills, and a warm personality to welcome patients and provide seamless support throughout their visits.
Daily responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients for both med spa and wellness visits, managing communications such as phone calls and texts across service lines, and coordinating appointments and payments. The coordinator also facilitates communication between the aesthetics and wellness teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient patient experience. Additional duties include administrative tasks like monthly reporting and inventory management. The position demands someone who can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare and spa environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion, especially when handling sensitive health information related to women’s health, HRT, and weight management.

The working schedule includes Monday and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. Compensation ranges between $21 to $22 per hour, reflecting the position's value and responsibilities within the practice.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Ability to work the specified schedule including Saturdays
- Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly adapt to new software
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently
