Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Ability to work the specified schedule including Saturdays
  • Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly adapt to new software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently

  • Strong communication skills in person, phone, and text
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems such as EMR, scheduling platforms, POS
  • Discreet and professional when handling sensitive health topics including women’s health, HRT, weight management
  • Team player with a positive attitude who takes pride in delivering five-star patient experiences

Job Duties

  • Greeting and checking patients in and out for both med spa and wellness visits
  • Answering phones, texts, and patient inquiries across services
  • Providing treatment quotes, collecting payments, and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating between our aesthetics and longevity/wellness teams to support a seamless patient experience
  • Supporting smooth daily operations across two connected practices
  • Admin duties including monthly reports, inventory management, and other miscellaneous tasks
