  • Ability to represent and support Big Y's culture of caring while living our mission and vision
  • Supports Big Y's commitment to culture and belonging
  • Must be proficient in ordering for the entire sales areas of both the meat and seafood departments
  • Must project a clean and professional appearance
  • Ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Willingness to cross train and learn other areas as needed
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the store
  • Must have completed Meat/Seafood Butcher and Culinary Training Program and/or passed a meat skills test
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Proficient in ordering for meat and seafood sales areas
