Ability to represent and support Big Y's culture of caring while living our Mission & Vision

Proficient in ordering for the entire sales areas of both the meat and seafood departments
Project a clean and professional appearance
Ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards
Willingness to cross train and learn other areas as needed
Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the store
Completed Meat/Seafood Butcher and Culinary Training Program and/or passed a meat skills test
Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Knowledge of meat and seafood products and handling
Strong communication skills
Ability to maintain department cleanliness and order
