Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday
- Ability to use hand motions including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Exposure to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and cold environments
- Ability to handle knives and cutting equipment safely
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to use tools and equipment including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- No prior retail experience required

Job Duties
- Ensure fresh and appealing display by checking quality, keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked, rotating and removing out-of-date products, filling ice tables, and performing other duties as assigned
- Maintain back stock in good order
- Assist with sampling program, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing
- Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, smokers, floors, and drains as required
- Arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work
- Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs promptly and effectively, and model suggestive selling techniques
- Maximize sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of products
- Follow and comply with established procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work and shopping environment and equipment
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and ensure accuracy of signs and pricing
- Report safety hazards and violations immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
