Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk 6-8 hours per day
- Hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- Capable of bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and cold environments
- Ability to handle knives and cutting equipment
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use tools and heavy machinery such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks
Job Qualifications
- Ability to sell proactively
- Basic knowledge of meat products
- Visual examination skills for product quality and freshness
- Familiarity with product labels
- Ability to assist with inventory checks

Job Duties
- Ensure fresh and appealing meat display by checking quality, stocking, rotating, and removing outdated products
- Maintain back stock organization
- Assist with sampling programs by keeping sample areas clean and well-stocked
- Clean cases, glass, signage, coolers, smokers, floors, and drains to maintain sanitation
- Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs promptly, and use suggestive selling techniques
- Follow all safety, health, sanitation, and food safety procedures
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties including sign and price accuracy
- Report safety hazards and violations immediately
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
