Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- minimum 6 months experience in a meat production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time frame
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- adherence to company drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months experience in a meat production department or supervising a team
- knowledge of meat processing including boneless and bone-in products preferred
- food handler certification preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to engage and motivate team members
- proficiency in using digital tools for operational purposes
- commitment to maintaining safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- ability to train and develop associates

- adaptability and willingness to embrace change
Job Duties
- Supervise the team within the meat department to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the club’s success
- maintain knowledge of floor operations, backroom processes, product updates, and specifications
- ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards for quality, safety, sanitation, and equipment usage
- engage with members to share product knowledge and assist in protein selection
- utilize digital tools for planning, sales, and associate engagement
- maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area
- manage inventory, ordering, and staffing levels
- train and develop team members to deliver high-quality products
- develop and implement processes to meet business needs
- promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards
- lead and participate in team collaborations
- embrace diversity and foster a culture of belonging
- act with integrity in all aspects of work
- deliver results while prioritizing customer and member satisfaction
- drive continuous improvements and support adoption of new technologies
