Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • minimum 6 months experience in a meat production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
  • successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time frame
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • adherence to company drug-free workplace policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6 months experience in a meat production department or supervising a team
  • knowledge of meat processing including boneless and bone-in products preferred
  • food handler certification preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to engage and motivate team members
  • proficiency in using digital tools for operational purposes
  • commitment to maintaining safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • ability to train and develop associates
  • customer service orientation
  • adaptability and willingness to embrace change

Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within the meat department to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the club’s success
  • maintain knowledge of floor operations, backroom processes, product updates, and specifications
  • ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards for quality, safety, sanitation, and equipment usage
  • engage with members to share product knowledge and assist in protein selection
  • utilize digital tools for planning, sales, and associate engagement
  • maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area
  • manage inventory, ordering, and staffing levels
  • train and develop team members to deliver high-quality products
  • develop and implement processes to meet business needs
  • promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards
  • lead and participate in team collaborations
  • embrace diversity and foster a culture of belonging
  • act with integrity in all aspects of work
  • deliver results while prioritizing customer and member satisfaction
  • drive continuous improvements and support adoption of new technologies
