- previous meat cutting experience
- ability to work in a cold environment

Job Duties
- Provides polite, friendly service to all guests
- prepares product for sale (cutting, weighing, trimming) according to Floco Foods standards
- prices, stocks, and rotates frozen and prepared meats and fresh meat case
- provides special guest service requests (ie. special cuts, slicing, etc.)
- maintains sanitation standards in the cooler, sales and prep areas
- maintains high quality, freshness and properly dated product available for sale
- communicate temperature failures to supervisor
- announce meat department sale items on the PA system
- assist in product receiving and storage
- all other tasks as assigned by management
