Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- physical capability to perform meat cutting and packaging
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- successful completion of job-required training and assessments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in meat cutting or food service preferred
- knowledge of meat products and safety standards
- ability to use digital tools and technology
- strong communication and customer service skills
- teamwork and collaboration abilities
- problem-solving skills and adaptability
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, backroom activities, product safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance
- prepares meat products (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) following standards
- uses handheld technology for business decisions and member service
- maintains work area cleanliness and order
- ensures quality and proper packaging of meat products
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies and maintains ethical standards
